PROGRESSIVE WEB APPLICATION (PWA) USAGE
This Privacy Policy applies to our progressive web applications ("PWAs") accessible through web browsers. When you use our PWAs, the following information may be collected and processed:
AI CONTENT PROCESSING
User-provided content (including video topics, goals, audience descriptions, length preferences, and any other information submitted for script generation or coaching) is transmitted to third-party AI services, specifically OpenAI's API, for the purpose of generating customized scripts and coaching content. This data is processed in real-time to provide you with personalized results.
Data Retention by AI Provider: Per OpenAI's data usage policies, content submitted through their API is not used to train their models and is not retained by OpenAI beyond the immediate processing of your request. However, we encourage you to review OpenAI's privacy policy at openai.com/privacy for complete details.
Data Retention by Company: Generated scripts and coaching content may be temporarily stored in your browser's local storage to enable app functionality during your session. We do not permanently store the specific content of your AI-generated scripts on our servers unless you explicitly create an account and save such content.
CLOUD SERVICES AND DATA STORAGE
• Firebase Services: We use Firebase (a Google Cloud Platform service) for user authentication, cloud storage, and application functionality. User account information (if you create an account) may be stored using Firebase services.
• Session Data: Certain information may be stored locally in your browser to maintain your session and provide core app functionality.
PAYMENT PROCESSING
Payment transactions are processed through Stripe, Inc. We do not store complete credit card information on our servers. All payment card data is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). BROWSER PERMISSIONS AND FEATURES
Our PWAs may utilize browser features such as:
• Clipboard Access: To enable copy-to-clipboard functionality for generated scripts
• Local Storage: To save your preferences and maintain session information
• Notifications: (if enabled by you) To provide updates about your content
These permissions are used solely for app functionality. No data accessed through these permissions is transmitted to third parties except as explicitly described in this policy.
USER-GENERATED CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content you create using our AI-powered tools, including generated scripts and coaching plans, belongs to you. The Company does not claim ownership rights to AI-generated outputs created through your use of the Services. You retain all rights to use, modify, and distribute content you create using our tools.

AGE REQUIREMENT
SPARK Creator Studio is a paid subscription service not intended for individuals under the age of 18.
You represent that you are over the age of 18. The Company does not permit those under 18 to use the Service.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we discover that a person under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will delete that information from our records.
USE OF COOKIES
Cookies are pieces of information that a website transfers to an individual's computer hard drive for record-keeping purposes. Cookies make using our Services easier by, among other things, saving your passwords and preferences for you.
